These terms cover use of this website and requesting a first report. A paid subscription is governed by a separate agreement.

Who you are dealing with

What the service is
Radar Europa is a weekly email digest that reports on EU funding calls and Portuguese public tenders published in public records, with each item linked to its source.
Radar Europa is an independent private service. It is not an official EU body, a government agency, or part of the European Commission’s portals. Nothing we send is an official announcement.
What we do not promise
We are not your adviser. Reports, answers and recommendations are information to help you decide, not legal, financial, procurement or tax advice. Decisions about whether to bid, what to bid, and whether you are eligible remain yours.
The source record governs. We work from public records that change and are occasionally wrong or incomplete. Where our report and the underlying source disagree, the source is authoritative. Always verify against the linked record before acting, and never rely on our summary of a deadline, threshold or eligibility rule as a substitute for reading the tender documents.
No guarantee of completeness. We aim to cover every relevant call and tender, but we do not warrant that every opportunity will be found, that a report will be free of error, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
No outcome is promised. Using Radar Europa does not mean you will win contracts or secure funding.
Requesting a first report
The first report is free: an introductory call followed by a report on live opportunities, provided before any payment. Requesting it creates no obligation on either side to enter a paid arrangement.
We may decline a request — for instance where the enquiry is outside what we cover.
Paid subscriptions
Pricing shown on this site is indicative and applies to a standard subscription. The terms of a paid subscription, including payment, cancellation and service levels, are set out in the separate agreement made at the time of purchase and are not covered by this page. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or extract its content by automated means for republication. Report contents are for your organisation’s own use; do not redistribute them as a competing service.
Intellectual property
The wording, layout and design of this site and of the reports belong to us. The underlying public records do not — they belong to the bodies that published them and remain freely available at the sources we link.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, contracts, or anticipated savings, arising from use of this website or reliance on a report. Governing law
