About Radar Europa

Radar Europa is a weekly email digest that surfaces every EU funding call and every public tender across the EU — a curated Monday shortlist, first report free.

What it is

Every week, Radar Europa reads the public records where EU funding calls and public tenders across the EU are published, and sends subscribers a short list of the ones that match what their company actually does. Each item is marked pursue or monitor, carries the reasoning behind that call, and links to the public source it came from.

There is no dashboard, no login and nothing to learn. The report arrives as an email, and the way to ask a question about it is to reply to it.

What it is not

Radar Europa is an independent private service. It is not an official EU body, a government agency, or part of the European Commission’s portals. Nothing published here is an official announcement, and no item in a report is authoritative — the linked source record always is. Where a report and a source disagree, the source is right and we want to hear about it.

We do not sell the data, and we do not publish anything that is not already public.

Where the information comes from

Source What it covers
BASE.gov.pt Portuguese public contracts — notices and awarded contracts, including below-threshold procedures
Diário da República The formal, authoritative text of Portuguese notices
TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) Contracts across the EU above the European thresholds
EU Funding & Tenders Portal (SEDIA) EU funding calls and programme documentation

All four are public. Anyone can read them directly, and we link to them precisely so that readers do.

How it is written

Facts come from the source records, not from a model’s memory. Every figure in a report traces to a document a reader can open. When a question is genuinely complicated, a human specialist answers it, and the reply says so.

If a report ever contains something we cannot source, that is a defect — tell us and we will correct it.

Who runs it

Radar Europa is operated by J24D, an independent private company. It is not affiliated with the European Commission, any EU institution, or any national government.
