Privacy policy

Radar Europa collects the details you type into the signup form and nothing else. This page says exactly what is stored, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.

Pending legal review. This policy was drafted from the system’s actual behaviour — the fields the form collects, what the code stores, and which processors are involved — and is accurate to that. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the items marked [TO CONFIRM] need the operator’s input before it can be relied on. Last updated 12 August 2026.

Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is J24D [TO CONFIRM: full registered legal name, registered address, and country of establishment], which operates Radar Europa.

For any question about this policy or to exercise the rights below, contact desk@radareuropa.com. [TO CONFIRM: this mailbox is not yet receiving mail — a working contact channel must be in place before this policy is relied upon.]

What we collect, and when

When you request a report we store only what you type into the form, plus a small amount of technical context attached automatically to the submission:

Data Source Why
Email address you To send the report and reply to you. Required
Company website you To understand what your company does. Optional
Country you To know which procurement rules apply. Optional
What you bid on you To match opportunities to your work. Optional
Country of the request Cloudflare Coarse, country-level only. Helps interpret the enquiry
Browser user agent your browser Diagnosing submission problems
Referring page and query string your browser Understanding which page brought you here
Submission timestamp our system Record-keeping

We do not collect payment details on this site, we do not ask for personal data beyond the above, and we do not buy or enrich your data from third parties.

Lawful basis

We process this data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated. You asked us for a report; this is the data needed to produce and send it. [TO CONFIRM with counsel: whether marketing follow-up beyond the requested report requires separate consent in your target markets.]

How long we keep it

Lead data is retained for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted. If you ask for deletion sooner, we delete it sooner.

Who else processes it

That is the complete list. There are no advertising networks, no data brokers and no third-party marketing tools on this site.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors or track them across sites. It records aggregate page views and performance measurements. It does not build a profile of you and cannot identify you.

There are no advertising or social-media tracking scripts on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. See the cookies page for the detail.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to: confirm what data we hold about you; give you a copy; correct anything wrong; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; or receive it in a portable format. You may withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it, and every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe.

To exercise any of these, email the address above. We aim to respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Portugal this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

Security

Submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored in Cloudflare D1 with access limited to the people who operate the service. If a database write fails, the submission is held in Cloudflare KV so it is not lost, and is moved into the database once the fault is fixed.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected here with a new date at the top of this page.
